In addition, you'll have the unique opportunity to craft your own essential oil dosha roller. Learn about the benefits of essential oils for each dosha and create a personalized blend that you can take home to support your wellness journey.
You will also be guided through two dosha specific yoga sessions and a healing sound bath. Delicious lunch, snacks and Ayurvedic teas will be provided to nourish your body throughout the day.
Doshas are the three fundamental energies or principles (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) that govern physical, mental, and emotional functions in the body. Each dosha represents a combination of elements (earth, water, fire, air, and space) and influences a person's constitution, health and balance.
